Wetzel Auto in Richmond, Indiana is looking for a full time communication specialist for our Business Development Center.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business using traditional and non–traditional methods, such as texting, email, website chat and overhead paging systems
  • Convert all incoming service leads into confirmed appointments
  • Scheduling, confirming and following up on service appointments for multiple dealerships
  • Customer relations coordinator
  • Phone Operator

Requirements

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a solid working knowledge of the internet
  • A positive can-do attitude with the desire to cultivate excellent customer relationships
  • Self motivated with the ability to create and follow a daily work plan
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced work environment
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Customer call center experience preferred (or experience operating a multi-line phone system)
  • Customer service experience required
